INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING
When purchasing outside of Israel, the shipping costs of the product depend on the destination and delivery service.
When you checkout, the webshop will automatically provide the shipping options and calculate the shipping costs for your address, before the actual payment. Please note that all international customers are liable to be asked to pay country/state import duties and taxes at the time of delivery of your parcel.
Your order will be dispatched within 5-7 working days when shipping internationally.
If you pre-ordered a style it will be shipped as soon as possible near the published ship date.
RETURNS
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at desertqueentelaviv@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your items.
Desert Queen will provide a return label and address to send it to.
Returns shall only be accepted if the product is received unworn and undamaged, with the original hangtag. After receiving the item, Desert Queen shall then refund the amount paid for the product within 30 days.
Please do not send your order back before contacting us at desertqueentelaviv@gmail.com and receiving an approval notification.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased as "SALE" cannot be returned, or refunded. No exceptions.
ISRAEL
SHIPPING
To ensure our clients receive the best services and delivery possible, we will send all of our orders door to door with a courier within Tel Aviv adding 35 shekels per order or you can pick up for free from our showroom. Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. If you require a faster delivery please email us at desertqueentelaviv@gmail.com.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Desert Queen will accept items in their original condition for a full refund only within 48 hours from the receipt of your item, or an exchange within 14 days. Returned items must include the original hangtags and be completely unworn.
In case you would like to exchange or return your Desert Queen purchase, you can email us at desertqueentelaviv@gmail.com with your name, order number and proof of purchase and we will help you to arrange a return. Original courier fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased as "SALE" cannot be refunded. No exceptions. You may exchange for a different size or items of equivalent value, within 14 days, but you are responsible for the cost of any related courier services or may come in person to exchange free of charge.
